I killmanual friction.
Founder & CTO — complete ecosystems, zero to one
One architect, end to end. I design and ship complete operating ecosystems that replace subscription software, paper trails and administrative bloat.

Vibers Connect× Quad Computing
One stack, two faces: guests on Vibers, operators on Quad.
The pain
Legacy venue software charges ₹25k+ a month in rent for data entry, runs on fragile local setups, brings the venue no new guests — and still leaks money between the table, the kitchen and the till.
The architecture
- One connected ecosystem — guest brand, venue OS and member club share one spine: a guest discovered on the brand side settles a bill on the venue side.
- Settlement, not subscription — the OS earns a few rupees per settled bill. The venue pays when it earns, never before.
- Atomic money paths — per-table locks and idempotent writes; a bill cannot double-count under concurrent fire.
Underneath it — the operating system
Next door — the member layer

HindTrade AI— the export OS
The pain
Legacy MSME exporters — running since the 1960s — are trapped in paper trails, middleman broker fees and cross-border trust gaps that stretch export cycles from weeks to months.
The system
- Territorial micro-franchise engine — reverse bidding for Indian manufacturing clusters; international buyers bid for exclusive territorial distribution, starting with Australia.
- Deterministic compliance — export regulation translated into decision trees: instant HSN-level audits, buyer scoring, verified Trade Passports. Rules first, models second.

( 05 ) — Services / What I take off a founder’s plate
Six problems I solve end to end.
- 01
Business operating systems
Spreadsheets, registers and rented software each hold a slice of the truth. One owned system holds all of it — orders, stock, money, people.
One source of truth - 02
Zero-to-one strategy
Most products fix the bottleneck in the pitch deck. I scope from the floor, so the first release removes the one that actually costs money.
Scoped from the floor - 03
Workforce automation
Tickets, stock counts, payouts and reconciliation run themselves. People stop doing data entry and handle only the exceptions.
Same output, fewer hands - 04
Customer acquisition
Aggregators rent you your own customers. Booking, referral and guest-brand funnels bring them direct — and keep the margin with you.
Zero aggregator commission - 05
Customer retention
A CRM nobody opens retains nobody. Cashback, memberships and win-back loops live inside checkout, where the guest already is.
Loops built into checkout - 06
Agentic operations
AI that improvises with money is a liability. Deterministic rules decide first; models only act inside the lines the rules allow.
Rules first, models second

How a broken operation becomes an operating system.

Ground observation
Week 1
I work inside the operation — the venue floor, the factory line. Shadow staff, time every handoff, follow the money from order to settlement.

Architecture
Week 2
Tenant-isolated data, per-bill locks, idempotent money writes. Designed so a leak is impossible by construction, not merely unlikely.

After launch
Live metrics, audits re-run on every change, settlement verified against real bills. The model earns per settled bill — incentives stay aligned.

What a trade agreement doesn’t do for a small exporter
The India–Australia ECTA lowered tariffs. It did not introduce a single Jalandhar manufacturer to a single Australian buyer.
Consciousness is a builder’s competitive edge
In an age where tools are abundant, attention is the scarce resource. Building well starts with seeing clearly.

( 09 ) — Engagement
Have a brokenoperation?
I take a small number of zero-to-one engagements a year. Week one is ground observation inside your operation — then you get the architecture, the build, and a release gate that refuses to ship anything unproven.
